HOW DO YOU FIND MOTIVATION? #BEWILLING

Sometimes, self-care or sticking to your resolutions is hard! Here are a few ways we like to stay motivated:
- Partner Up! | Grab a friend for a workout sesh! Motivate and keep each other accountable.
- Try Something New + Different: Being uncomfortable is growth! If you're used to Yoga or Pilates, try boxing.
- #BECHILL: Sometimes staying motivated means having time to yourself and recharging. Meditating and finding balance is a great way to do that.
For all the busy bees out there... Kill two birds with one stone! Get creative, keep it fun, mix it up and go for it! Scheduling weekly goals can help! Some activities we like to do are:
- Catch up with friends or loved ones on a scenic hike
- A group Pilates or Yoga Class while bonding with your girls!
- Kayaking! Work that upper body strength
Whatever it is you enjoy, try to find ways to merge them together and stay active while doing it!
