This season, we are committing to WELLNESS. Finding BALANCE is hard, but these BABES make is look EASY.

To kick off our #BECHILL campaign, we've asked a few of our favorite gals what is something that stresses them out, how do they find balance or chill when things get hectic and what their favorite workout is. What is something that stresses you out?

"I feel most stressed when there are multiple deadlines I need to make and very little time to finish them! I stress myself out even more because I am PASSIONATE and want things done right."

How do you find BALANCE?

"In a busy life, I find balance through outlets like pilates, taking a trip to the beach alone, writing every thought down in my journal and my favorite, saying 10 things that I am grateful for right now. Most of these problems are first world problems anyway."

What is your favorite workout?

"My favorite workout would have to be PILATES! It's a challenging workout, but I feel strongest when I do pilates."

What is something that stresses you out?

"Telling people NO! It completely stresses me out feeling like I let someone down. But for me, I have learned that it is better to be stressed out telling someone no rather than stressing from spreading myself too thin.

How do you find BALANCE?

"As soon as the kids leave for school, I start out my day with a quick devotional. It just sets the tone for my day. As a momma, my to-do list can add up.  Scheduling a lunch date with the hubby, coffee with friends or a run with the kiddos can help pull me away from my to-dos. It's easy to get caught up in the hustle and bustle of life. If I don't put my family and friends first, then I feel like I will lose sight of what is important to me."

What is your favorite workout?

"My favorite workout is High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). It only takes 30 minutes. I get my heart rate up and always work up a good sweat. My body responds best to this type of workout. I feel the healthiest and strongest now than I have in the past.

What is something that stresses you out?

"When I get caught up in the concept of time. I will often stress when I don't have enough of it... I want it to speed up or slow down. However, I try to remind myself that I have to create time.

How do you find BALANCE?

"I make sure I am getting enough alone time. In that alone time, I can get quiet enough to really understand what I need and how I am feeling. That might look like a three hour hike or an ocean swim, or a slow morning to myself, journaling, meditating, yoga or cooking. If I am super present to any of these, I will get the answers I'm seeking and the peace I'm needing."

What is your favorite workout?

"Right now, my favorite workout is boxing. This workout demands every part of my body and mind. I walk out feeling strong and more deeply connected to my gut instincts. Other than boxing, tennis and hot yoga are regular activities on rotation."
