 “Got Stress?"

With so much going on in our daily lives - places to be and things to do it is easy to quickly become overly stressed out and tense.  Chill by Will Co-Owner Christina Powter says to stop doing what she calls “future tripping” - stressing on our to do lists. “When I feel overwhelmed, it’s usually because I’m future tripping—I’m not in the present,” she says. “I try to focus on what’s needed of me at the present moment and slowly chip away at the tasks.”
