Co-Owner Tiffany Noelani who regularly tackles a busy schedule recommends practicing mindfulness through the act of meditation. How does she fit it in? She says, “I’m still working on my own ritual, but I think the shower is a great place to sneak in a quick mini meditation. It’s something we all do every day, and adding few extra minutes won’t have an effect on your timeline, yet could have a huge impact on your mindset.”
There are so many ways to practice mindfulness whether you’re sweating it out at the gym, busy at work, or unwinding at the end of a day.
