At Chill By Will, we're obsessed with The Studio (mdr) – a pilates inspired strength workout. Every minute of the class is a challenge! Say hello to the perfect combo of cardio and weight training. Their adaption of the Lagree Method on the pilates reformer leaves your muscles noticeably more toned after 45 minutes, and enviably defined if you go on the regular. We love the teachers whose quirky personalities and strong knowledge of form leave us smiling through even the most difficult sequences.
